Our preventative home maintenance program covers various routine scheduled inspections in and around your home. This service is designed to catch problems before they potentially destroy areas of your house and cost thousands of dollars.
We're not going anywhere
When we establish a "best fit" program for your home and you make a commitment to us, and we make one to you. It's called the JCC Building Preventative Home Maintenance Program, and it gives you confidence and peace of mind for the entire year or as long as we serve you. It can even transfers to subsequent owners if you sell your home within the covered time period
At your service
When your home requires service, we will be there as expected. In some cases, you may be able to take care of the issue yourself by simply calling to receive free maintenance tips. If that does not work, we will establish a plan to solve the problem at hand.
The Preventative Home Maintenance Program is designed for all homeowners. We provide annual/biannual services that include home inspections as well as programs designed to do routine maintenance on typical home components that are likely to cause problems.
